• (b) School Leaving Certificate /TC (in original)
• (c) 8th Class Marks Sheet
• (d) Bank Copy (having 16 digit AC on it)
• (e) Aadhaar Card
• (f) Passport Size Photograph (4 nos)
• (g) Ration Card (APL/BPL
• (h) Category (If any)
• (g) File Cover

The admission is purely provisional and shall be confirmed only when verification of documents is done after Submitting Of Hard Copy of Online Application with relevant Document’s at Admission Section Of Institute.

Note: Students have To Submit (Ration Card / Category) In addition To avail the Benefit of Scholarship from Institute
